Look at it as a way to organize your most commonly used fx and placing them at the top of the rack for easy access exactly like you would building a 19 hardware rack placed right next to your mixing console for easy hands on access.
V11 plugins are not supported in multirack.

So i have plugins waves studio rack and then all plugins are in there but no individual plugins outside of studio rack.
Waves studio rack does not contain any plugins until you assign them to a location in the rack.
Studiorack lets you run up to 8 plugins on just one insert save chain presets open them on any daw or monitor in low latency via a soundgrid server.
